Specializing in adolescents, individuals, anxiety, and mood disorders.

Mood Disorders
Anxiety

Bipolar I, Bipolar II, Depressive Disorders - When you are tired of being fatigued, sad, feeling worthless, struggling to regulate your emotions, feeling isolated, suicidal, angry and lost, psychotherapy can help you challenge your negative thoughts, change your sabotaging behavior patterns, establish healthy habits, process strong emotions, and heal hurts you may have been carrying for far too long. The evidenced based practices I utilize in my practice coupled with my warm, empathetic and supportive demeanor can help you regain control of your diagnosis and symptoms and live life to the fullest.

Christian Counseling

Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, PTSD - In treating symptoms of anxiety, panic and PTSD therapy will focus on exploring and learning coping strategies to help you regain calm, grounding and strength, processing triggers, challenging faulty cognitions, and building confidence through tackling your fears in a safe environment. I will incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness practices to help you achieve your treatment goals and conquer your fears.

Other Conditions

For those who desire to include their Christian faith principles in their treatment, I engage in Christian counseling. While I pray for the healing and well-being of all of my clients, some clients may choose to include scripture, prayer, and biblical principles along with other evidenced based therapy intervention in their treatment. Including faith in mental health treatment is proven effective and can enhance feelings of hope and understanding.

Adjustment Disorder, Parent/Child relationship stress, Marital relationship stress, Gender dysphoria - No matter what struggles life is throwing your way, psychotherapy can help you process feelings, improve communication skills, establish healthy boundaries, gain insight, improve self-esteem, improve your relationships, and your quality of life. Helping people discover their strengths, improve their self-perception, value themselves, and relate to others is one of the main reasons I became a therapist.
